long term use of analgesic is not recommended for small kids..
you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment of the Decayed milk teeth

you should consult your dentist
along with that at home , you can give clove to keep in between the teeth ,it will help to reduce the pain.
avoid giving sticky and sugary food items.
brush your child teeth with soft bristled brush like Babyhug brand brush.
brush your child teeth twice in a day.
