my baby has been vomiting since last night for each feeding some times it's coming from nose also

This is could probably be due to excess feeding as well,
also while feeding elevate baby head a little so that their is easy flow

how is the consistency and flow at that time ?
if consistency is curdy and if child is spiting milk with slow flow ,even from nose ,no need to worry.
