Q.

my baby has been suffering from fever which is intermittent. sometimes fever is 103.4 and some times it's 101.1 . given the p-200 and gastica... still not well

A. thank you sir! one more query is should I give her cefolac 50 mg with paracetamol?

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine ckian also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. good morning I would recommend you please try to show to a pediatrician it could be because a some infection because if fever is high and it is persistent definitely it indicates existence of infection
