My baby has been having a cold and a cough for 2 days and had a fever. I have given him crocin, but still the fever is not going completely. He is however playing and eating normally. Can anyone suggest if it is normal?

A. do continue crocin for 2 to 3 more days, If not improvement and accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness, poor intake consult your paediatrician asap.
