my baby has already completed 6 months and I have introduced semi solids in 5 months. just wanted to check if I can introduce a little bit of ghee along with his solids intake?? Also, what are the other things that we can start introducing.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. Yes. Ghee has a good amount of vitamin A for vision, skin, and immunity and traces of vitamin E to power a baby's growth and development. Ghee is also packed with saturated fat – the most abundant type of fat in breast milk.
