my baby has a swelling with white exudate in the vaccination area in his arm. no pain what should I do for remedy

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 months old and he has received his vaccinations and got a swelling and white oozing from the injection site that is not normal but some infection is there

U Can you just clean it properly with betadine ointment this because that’s one of the best in the safest option to go Set actually going to clean it up properly and that is going to be the best thing to be done for the child now and if required please get a check with your doctor for better clarity on that
