Give natural appetizers like coconut water,jeera water ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of your baby. This will help to boost hunger.
Also give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables,dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg,pulses, cereal,soup,fresh fruits juice etc as balanced diet
