My baby has a cold from 3 to 4 days which medicine should I give, I have given nasal drops yet he is not so well?

A. hello mommy for cough and cold at home steam can be fmgibe 3 to 4 tiems and asthakind l s drop for much cough 1 m l 3 times a day .
