my baby has 2 years old.he was not eating food.He is asking there are pain in his stomach.

Hi Constant pain iny denote our stomach infection certain point of time it would be better that you please consult your doctor for a checkup and after that you go for any kind of medicine and once your child feels better your child will start eating as light
