my baby has 102 temperature fever I gave paracetamol for every 4 hours but till now I can't getting decreasing what can I do?

A. in case do tepid sponging, use room temperature water for it, do it till body temp cones to normal. make sure to give the pcm in correct dose. once consult your doctor
