My baby had mild fever after 6 weeks vaccination. She slept whole day and also sleepy and dizzy today after I gave her babygesic drops. Is this normal?

A. hello it is normal for babies to be getting fever and littke dull post vaccunation. make wure thqt feeding is good and it should.be fine in a couple of days
