hi your baby is 1 month old now
sometimes due to wrong injection techniques small pus filled abscess can be formed you need to get an oral antibiotics and give a pain killer medicine like paracteamol

Hello ma’am if puss He is still there that means there is some infection over there I would advise you to consult your doctor ones regarding the same and if it is only a lump then you can start doing cold punch to eat or maybe keep an ice cube want to eat on a regular basis to settle down but still would advise you to consult your doctor ones

sir,i have jst done with antibiotic (amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate),still no improvement.from yesterday. water is coming out from that site...bt still puss is there
