my baby had fever now gone but rashes in his body tummy back side face and neck he is 6month old please suggest what to do

Maintain hygiene
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
