my baby had fever n vomiting issue when i give him medicine its get normal but after the reac of medicine over it will come soon pls help

A. hello dear. kindly give adviced medocation as per instructions, aldo offer lots of fluids. consult your treating doctor if no improvement after 3 days. all tge best.
