Q.
My baby had bumpy dot kind of rashes. These can be cure by using normal tash cream or I should use antifungal rash cream

Should apply candidate be ointment 5 to 6 times in the days then only this is going to heal because actually it is looking like fungal infection that usually happens with the child in diaper for a very long time or the hygiene down under is not very well maintained
