my baby had a pain in ear, he can't sleep full night, he was just crying, give me a suggestion

need to see once
hence visit ur nearest pediatrician once for detailed examination

If you’re not sure it is an ear pain then I’m going to recommend you to kindly consult an ENT doctor to be more sure about it what is the problem as it could be due to some infection so the doctor would be able to give you better guidance after physically examining your child
