my baby had a 3 and a half month vaccine on the left leg. after the vaccination I can see a lump on the leg and it's been 10 days it's not reducing I'm applying ice since the day when she got the vaccine. and she has pai also on that lump. what should I do ?

A. it is already 10 days and still there is pain and swelling then can be chances of infection also better to see the doctor if there is need for any antibiotics
