my baby got vaccinate on 07/08 since then he taking very little feed. why this is happening and how to deal with it?

A. Hello mom it does occur , its due to uneasyness as such , slightly keeps on reducing , and they get back to taking feed as usual , so in case you find any other symptom as well, you may cosnsult back the doctor.
