Q.

My baby got stuffy nose at night and I am using saline nasal pray and started amoxicillin as I see no results, can I continue both ? Please suggest

A. use nasovion drops per day 3times

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cfdases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. Give Indirect steam in halation to the child because that really helps a lot in opening up the nose blockage so long with nasal drops this is also you can give twice a day for 10 minutes age and specially before your child goes to sleep
