A. don't worry No need to worry for pain, fever, swelling after vaccination.  Its common after vaccination   If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then   Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days  Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days  Don't apply anything over vaccination site  It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine   Cont. to give feed as per demand  Keep ur baby well hydrated  Keep a watch on urine output  Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day  Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

A. Hello dear! It is normal as long as there is no pus or blood on the affected area. Try giving cold compress on the paining area to reduce the discomfort. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
