my baby got only 3 teeth she now 18 months,her weight is also not gaining and having fever .

babies get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 36 months.
so wait remaining all milk teeth will erupt in due course of time.
high temperature can be associated with teething.

Make meal time fun with toys and story
Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Take a good care of your baby
