my baby got delivered 1mon before,and idiot have sufficient milk till now I mean my breast is not becoming hard and im not getting pain much.Will I get milk sufficiently?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and tile date your breast milk was enough for your baby but now it’s less than normal so give formula milk three hours

A. lactation is a hormonal and brain signal related process so you should feel motivated and think positive about your lactation slowly you will catch up and have good tumingg with your baby regarding this

A. Hello dear parent! Latch the baby well to your breast while feeding so that there is a good stimulation for breastmilk. Make a good skin to skin contact with your baby. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your baby. Good luck and take care.
