My baby got black tiny dot in mouth and 2 week back she was having ulcer at same place doctor prescribed zytee RB gel shall i continue same gel will it get cured but baby is not having any pain she eats everything im giving even multivitamin syrup i have attached the pic of my baby mouth

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. yes you can continue with gel and also give syrup polybion 5 ml twice a day for one week you need to consult your doctor and doctor will guide you regarding this thing in a proper manner and later on you can follow the advice given by the doctor so better to consult for a proper guidance
