A. Yes, your baby girl’s weight gain from 10.5 kg at 1 year 4 months to 11.5 kg at 1 year 5 months is a healthy and normal increase. Key Points: Weight Gain: A gain of 1 kg in one month is generally considered good, especially during this age when toddlers are growing rapidly. Growth Patterns: Children tend to have growth spurts at different times, and it’s common for their weight gain to vary month by month. Healthy Weight Range: For a 1-year-old girl, the average weight can vary widely. As long as she is following her growth curve and gaining weight consistently, she is likely developing well. Monitoring Growth: Regular Check-Ups: Continue to have regular pediatric check-ups to monitor her growth and overall health. Balanced Diet: Ensure she is receiving a balanced diet with adequate nutrients to support her growth and development. Active Play: Encourage physical activity through play, which is essential for healthy growth. If you have any concerns about her growth or development, it’s always best to discuss them with your pediatrician.
