My baby girl weight 5 kg now at 4+ months, not lifting her head and also not rolling over. Is it normal?

A. Hello mom yeah that’s fine .. roll over does take some time it varies , but almost by now she should have balanced her head a bit .. wait for another month of so if no then once just get her examined
