my baby girl was vaccinated before 1 years . now she is 3 and half years old. in her thigh there is lump at vaccinated place . at the time of vaccination doctor gave a cream to apply if lump appears. at that time it was disappeared. but now again it is appearing. is this a big problem?

A. Apply hot pack several times or make a ajwain potli and do warm dab on that place if it still not cure then get it checked witht the doctor
