Q.

my 20 months old baby has vaccinated 6 days before and today I feel hard at vaccinated place and she also have high fever and crying all the day.what to do

A. not silver only hard

A. If baby is having silver also and hardness there can be something infection for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
