Q.
My baby girl was born with 3 kg weight afterwards her weight decreased till 2.4 kg at her 4 weeks now after 6 weeks her weight is just 2.8 kg.I am worried about her weight pls suggest is it okay she is on breastfeed completely as formula milk doesn't suits her.

Why formula milk doesn’t suit your child you need to check for that or any particular brand or your child is having lactose intolerance please figure that out because by now your child should have been somewhere around 35 to 3600 kg so I’m just going to recommend to have an assessment and regarding this you need to get some test done for your child
