my baby girl was 19 months old she had rashes problem on face, hand, stomach,and on back,it visible for few minutes after that it's normal, again the rashes viable in another part of body again it's same and it's itching also , kindly please suggest me what should I do .and find the below mentioned rashes pic

A. Hello there ma’am please please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once your child with any local skin specialist in person and find out the exact reason for allergies and follow the prescription after that. Take care
