my baby girl suffering from constipation problem...plz tell me remedies

You can apply castor oil in the navel before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water followed by papaya and include more fibre and fluid rich diet that will help and make sure to reduce down food which is creating constipation just try to monitor also milk can be a reason behind constipation specially cow milk so see if you’re giving that also
