My baby girl’s birth weight was 3.06 kg and now at 42 days she is 3.9 kg .the doctor says she is not gaining adequate weight .i was exclusively breastfeeding her but now doing mixed .worried about my supply drop .what should i do ?

A. dear parent, a weight gain of 800 grams in 42 days is a normal weight gain, do not worry. you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. You should avoid mixed feeding.
