my baby girl just entered 5th month her birth weight is 3.75kg , every month she is gaining 500 to 600 gms only 4th months starting 5.38kg but this 5th month starting her weight is 5.66kg so her weight gain is just around 300 gms only I'm so much worried about her Weight gain, I'm breastfeeding her, from the starting her wight gain is low. how to improve her weight please let me know the tips while breastfeeding and also recently she is passing gelly type curd particles stool daily 10 times please rply

hello dear never worry about your baby weight if your baby is fine and taking her feeding properly if she is active also if baby is healthy it is the more important thing and according to me your baby is completely fine give exclusively breastfeeding to baby tillls 6 month.
and if you find that your baby is having loose motion it means your babies motion colour is yellow and its watery, smelly then you have to worry and consult to doctor
