Q.

My baby girl is turning one next week! I wanted to switch to cow/buffalo milk gradually. So could you suggest which milk will be more healthy and easily digestible for her, cow or buffalo’s?

A. hi yes , give cow's milk to your child. I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk. it is safe and easily digestible
