Q.

my baby girl is 8 months 14 days but from delivery to till now I have severe back ache in the morning and feeling depressed whole body pain... very dull

A. do dome back exercise ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
