ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. if the milk supply has stopped completely then it is unlikely that it will start again but you can keep suckling the baby if you want and if you have started giving formula then that will add more weight than the breast milk
Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thanks for response. but I thought because of I can't breastfeed my baby that's why she is not growing naturally, even i consult the dr. at that time but not worked. I was really worried about her health. I'm giving her Lactogen, cerelac, and other healthy solid food too. but she is now 6 & half months old and her weight is just 6 kg. what should I do for her healthy growth.

If you are not getting a single drop of breastmilk right now than it will be quite difficult to resume the breastfeeding in such case when’s mother’s milk is not sufficient then you can start giving formula milk to your baby.
