A. It is common for babies to develop rashes on their bodies. Here are some possible reasons why your 5-month-old baby girl has rashes: Baby acne: This is a common skin condition that appears as small red bumps on a baby's face or body. It is usually harmless and temporary. Heat rash: This can occur when a baby sweats and the sweat glands become blocked. It appears as small, red bumps or blisters. Allergies: Allergies to certain foods, soaps, or lotions can cause rashes. Infections: Bacterial or viral infections can also cause rashes. It is recommended to consult a doctor to determine the cause of the rash and get appropriate treatment.

A. Kindly remove the sacred thread around the baby neck, sometimes they carry the bacteria and many a times they are the main reason for the skin allergies and infection source and apply calamine lotion

A. Please apply calamine lotion which is what is going to be good enough for you to use as of now and that certainly going to be very very good you can apply a number of times in the day to reduce the pimples those are there
