NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hiccups in babies after feeding are quite common and usually harmless. They can occur due to:
1. Swallowing air while feeding
2. Eating too quickly or gulping milk
3. Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD)
4. Overstimulation or excitement
5. Food intolerance or sensitivity
Burping: Give your baby a good burp to release trapped air
