Keep the diaper area open for major part of the day. If you use cloth nappies,ensure that you remove it the minute its wet or soiled.

Instead of using a rash cream into that area I would advise you to apply Boroline anti septic cream as that is definitely going to be a much better choice for you to use since it is an anti septic cream it would be hundred percent suitable for the situation
