my baby girl is 4 months 15 days old....not taking milk properly from the past 10 days...she was cooing continously....birth weight was 2.7.....now,, 4.8..... can I start top-up feeds now like cerelac

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, your baby’s weight is fine considering a birth certificate 2.7 kg. Also, if baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health. Do not introduce any top food now. Wait until completion of 6 months.
