my baby girl is 3 year and 1 month and her weight is 11.95 kg and her height is 90 cm. is her growth within limit or not?

The height of your child is quite appropriate as per the age but the weather is definitely quite leisure chalice having a weight of about two years old child. So you do need to work upon their Podo child and for that I suggest you to consult a nutritionist regarding the same.
