Q.

my baby girl is 3 mnth old she vomits after every feed and also loosing her weight why this happens

A. Vomit It’s fine there is nothing wrong with it but if your child is losing weight also along with it then that is definitely a matter of concern so it would be better that you please consult a lactation specialist she would be able to guide you better on this issue
