My baby girl is 24 days old and she is having some redness on her body and face. That redness is increasing day by day. It started from her face and now its upto her tummy. What precautions we need to take ? And what is the remedy to get rid of it ?

if there is any red rashes or dots present it may be due to following reasons-
Red colour rashes over the body if present could be some allergic rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever .
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done  for soothing along with a bntiallergic medications to be applied only under medical advice of the doctor. if there is any redness in the diaper area it can be due to diaper rashes alsofor this diaper rash cream like ezi nappi could be applied.
