Q.
my baby girl is 21 month old but her height is around 81 cm and weight is around 9.5 kg. She does not eat properly due which her growth is slow. She is also having issue with her bowl movement as she frequently had a constipation and hard stool. Please advice what to do in order to gain the helathy normal weight and height.

many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child.
At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritionxal deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.

Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
