my baby girl is 20 month old her weight is just 9kg 400 gram her doctor prescribed her zest tonic for gaining weight is it really use for gaining weight .

A. Hi parent If your pediatrician has suggested a tonic , you may take it Other than that , take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 D Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
