my baby girl is 2 years old. she is not passing free motion but passing everyday. she is struggling to pass motion and also not taking food properly . pls help

A. the baby is more than two years of age if the baby is not passing stool properly and constipated you have to do all seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana pomegranate etc along with water for the baby to drink
