my baby girl is 2 year 4 month old and her weight is 10.3 kg is it in normal range or under weight

A. Namaste Mom, She is slightly on lower side though the range is between 12 fo 14 kgs , but nevertheless as far as she is active for her age & also eating healthy no worries some variation is acceptable
