Q.
My baby girl is 18 months old. She never sleeps properly in night time. Now a days she gets up after every 30 minutes. I breastfeed her than she sleeps back. Its difficult for me too. What could be the reason of this non proper sleep. She sleeps in the morning around 10 am for an hour and after lunch around 1:30 or 2 pm till 4 or 4:30. Kindly suggest where i am going wrong.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to make sure that the child is given at around 2 or 2:30 only in the daytime not around for over so that the child goes to sleep properly at night give a good massage to your baby before putting the baby to bed at night avoid breast feeding the child at night
