my baby girl is 147 days old but gradually i seen that her hairfall after head bath is it normal ?

yes it is normal
it happens because of hormonal changes that happen right after birth
so don't worry ,it is common
give gentle head massage with coconut oil everyday
use gentle shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair
