My baby girl birth weight was 2.25 now she is 40days old her weight is 3.9 is she gaining weight properly or less weight

A. yes its ok only.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

A. Hi You calculate the weight yourself your child has gained almost a 1 1/2 kgs if I’m not mistaken in the calculation so I believe it’s quite a healthy variant doctor say minimum of 400 to 500 g a month is considered quite a decent weight gain so I believe your child has gained exceptionally well
