my baby girl age is 4 month 2 days but her neck is not stable till now . is it normal or not? her weight is 5.4 kg it is normal or under weight?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear parent, a weight of 5.4 kg is a normal weight for your baby at the age of 4 months 2 days. baby should gain at least 500 grams of weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.
